Power Analyzer

Our three-phase power quality meters helps locate, predict, prevent and troubleshoot problems in power distribution systems.

Applications

  • Energy assessments – quantify energy consumption before and after improvements to justify energy saving devices
  • Frontline troubleshooting – quickly diagnose problems on-screen to get your operation back online
  • Predictive maintenance – detect and prevent power quality issues before they cause downtime
  • Quality of service compliance – validate incoming power quality at the service entrance
  • Long-term analysis – uncover hard-to-find or intermittent issues
  • Load studies – verify electrical system capacity before adding loads

Flow Meter

The ultrasonic flow meters provide accurate and trouble free flow metering for a wide range full pipe applications including: Chilled Water, Potable water, raw wastewater, effluent, well water, slurries, or virtually any sound conducting liquid.  It incorporates the latest ultrasonic technology to give you an accurate, easy to use flow meter.  With its quick and easy clamp-on transducer installation, factory pre-configuration and user programmable menu driven interface, the ultrasonic flow meters are a snap to commission in the field.

Balometer Capture hood

The Balometer capture hood is the industry standard for measuring air volume in order to balance buildings and verify air flow distribution. A balanced supply and exhaust help ensure sufficient ventilation by meeting minimum air exchange rates, removing airborne contaminants that can affect air quality, and reducing operating costs. The Balometer can be used to check a building's pressurization, look at total amount of air coming into spaces, and investigate temperature complaints.

Data Logger

The data logger can be connected with sensors and signals (either digital or analog inputs), process the data and store it to local memory for later download and analysis. In addition to data acquisition, our data loggers can output alarms, autonomously transfer data back to a central location, email status and reports and even serve Web pages with embedded values. One of the significant applications of the Data logger is for Chiller performance Trending and Building Load Profile Trending.

Sensors Connected to Data Logger

  1. Temperature Sensors
  2. Water Pressure Sensors
  3. Refrigerant Pressure Sensors
  4. Flow Meters
  5. kWHr Transducers

Sensors Connected to Data Logger

  1. Fluke Temperature Scanner
    • Capable of sensing temperature without direct contact of the surface.
    • Can be connected with different sensing probes such Surface Probe or Air Probe
  2. Sling Psychrometer
    • Capable of determining the Dry-Bulb, Wet-Bulb and Relative Humidity of an area
    • Usually used in auditing Indoor Air Quality of buildings, factories or offices
  3. Anemometer
    • Capable of sensing the velocity and volume flow rate of air
    • Usually used in assessing AHU coil condition
  4. Light Lux Meter
    • Capable of determining light levels(LUX) of different areas
    • Usually used in auditing light levels of existing buildings, rooms and warehouses
