He has more than 40 years of experience in various fields of industry. 10 years of which in Marine Engineering, 13 years in Industrial Refrigeration, 23 years in HVAC Industry including system design and application, Energy Management and Project Management.

Has degrees in Industrial Electricity and Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Technology. He has 34 years of experience on Electro-Mechanical Construction work; Instrumentation and Control Design and Troubleshooting; Air-conditioning Service and Application Works, Sales and Marketing of Applied Products.

He is currently appointed as the Secretary of ASHRAE, Philippines Chapter with membership in Energy Efficiency Practitioners Association of the Philippines (ENPAP) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

He has 33 years in hands-on Central Air-conditioning Equipment Service Repair; Central Refrigeration Plants Maintenance and Troubleshooting; Overhauling of large capacity Centrifugal, Absorption, Screw and Reciprocating chillers; Overall Service Works Management, parts Sales & Planning.

He has been associated with McQuay Philippines as its Service Manager from 1995 to 2001 where in 2001 has been part of incorporating Thermal Solutions, Inc and still serves to date as its Senior Vice President for Operation.

Is a Registered Mechanical Engineer which earned his degree from Technological Institute of the Philippines. He has 23 years of experience in Engineering design; Conceptual design; and Project Management.

He is currently a member of the Energy Committee of the Philippine Green Building Council and is a member of Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME), Energy Efficiency Practitioners Association of the Philippines (ENPAP) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)He has been associated with the National Power Corporation as a Plant Mechanical Engineer in 1988 to 1990. He has been associated with Building Energy Systems Inc. as its Vice President for Operations from 1995 to 2000, where he has been engaged in various prestigious projects such as the Heritage Hotel; Intercontinental Hotel; Smart Communication; Kraft General Foods; Phillip Morris Asia; Republic Cement Factory; NE Pacific Mall; Subic Bay Waterfront; Megaworld Properties; Linden Suites; McDonald Outlets; Botocan Power plant; The Marriot Hotel; The Salcedo Towers to name a few. He has 10 Years of experience in Financial Management; Financial Controllership; Management Accounting; Systems Project Management and Human Resource Management.

He has been associated with Consolidated Matrix Inc., which is engaged in manpower deployment and health care, in 2002. He has also been associated with A.P. Moller-Maersk Group of Companies, A Danish multinational conglomerate, where he has been expatriated in its Regional Office in Singapore handling the countries in South East Asia Regions business strategies and accounting system migration and implementation before going back to the Philippines to act as its Head of Business Controllership which manages its Philippine affiliates’ financial planning and internal audit from 2003 to 2009. He has also been associated with Sparta Logistics Philippines, a local agent of Sparta Logistics which is a multinational freight forwarding company based in Singapore, as its Finance and Administration Manager from 2009 to 2010. In 2011 he has joined Thermal Solutions, Inc. and serves to date as its Chief Financial Officer.

Is a Registered Electrical Engineer which earned his degree from Batangas State University.  He has 22 years of experience in Electrical and Mechanical repairs of Electro-mechanical equipments; Project Management; Hotel Engineering; Repair and Preventive Maintenance of Air-conditioning Systems; and ISO Quality Management.

He has been associated with Nayong Pilipino Foundation Inc. as an Engineer from 1989 to 1994. He also has been associated with Armadillo Holdings Inc., which manages hotel and hospitality business in the Philippines such as Anito Group of Companies and Legends Hotel, as its Corporate Maintenanc Manager from 1995 to 2003. In 2004 he has joined Thermal Solutions and serves to date as its Service Department Manager.

Is a degree holder of BS Accountancy from San Pedro College of Business Administration. She has 16 years of experience in the various fields in Finance and Human Resource.

She has been associated with various local organizations as an Accountant from 1995 to 2002 such as Quantum Foods (Dole Phils.), Prodril Supply Company, Generali Pilipinas Inc, etc. In 2003 she has joined Thermal Solutions and serves to date as its Finance and Human Resource Manager.

Is a degree holder of BS Computer Science from Adamson University. He has 14 Years of Experience in the Air-conditioning Industry where he has worked in McQuay in the Sales department for 4 Years. In 2001 he has joined Thermal Solutions, Inc. and serves to date as its Purchasing Manager.

He is both a Certified Plant Mechanic and a Master Electrician. He has 33 years of experience in Electrical Control Design; Chiller Start-up and Commissioning; Overhauling of Reciprocating Compressors;  and Complete Rehabilitation of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning system.

He has been associated with prestigious organizations such as Pilipinas Hino, Coronado Lanes, Al Tayar Plastic Co., Dubai Inter-Contineental Hotel, McQuay Philippines and Concepcion Carrier. He also has been involved in various overseas testing and commissioning of Chillers in South East China, Thailand and Myanmar. In 2002 he has joined Thermal Solutions, Inc. and serves to date as its Service Technical Manager.

An Executive Technical Consultant which specializes in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning. He has 19 years of experience in various aspects of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology, 8 years of which has been from the Middle East in Linde A.G. and Engineering Design Center in Kuwait both of which are prestigious Global Engineering Firms. In 2001 he has joined Thermal Solutions, Inc. and serves to date as its Service Operations Manager.

Is a degree holder of BS Electrical Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines. With 18 years experience in Electrical installations, Inventory Management, Marketing and Project Management. He has joined Thermal Solutions, Inc. in 2004 and serves to date as its Project Manager

He is both a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a licensed Electrical Engineer, where he was Top 6 in the ME licensure examination and Top 11 in the EE licensure examination, which he both earned from Mapua Institute of Technology. An intelligent individual who has experience in HVAC engineering works, mechanical design, and project implementation.  He has been associated with Rockwell Land Corporation in 2008 before joining Thermal Solutions, Inc. in 2009 and serves to date as its Energy Manager, handling the complexities of Energy Performance Contracting.
