A/C System for Process Cooling at Philippine Resin Industries, Inc. (PRII – Bataan) was modified to answer large cooling demand surge by installing Modular Chillers able to adjust its capacity to closed minimum and highest large maximum capacity. An A/C design that is easily and conveniently expandable should another increase in production output is needed.

"ENERGY OPTIMIZATION OF CHILLER PLANT"

Energy Optimization Program employed at Rockwell Power Plant resulting to improved cooling and improved RH with 25% energy efficiency improvement.

"SAVINGS FROM HEAT RECOVERY (DESUPERHEATERS) WATER HEATERS"

Energy savings are realized between 15% to 35% depending on application by installing heat recovery units such as Doucette and Templifier, where “waste heat” is recovered in the form of hot water supply.
